The team, position & mission:
As a Saleshub & Business Controller at Orange Business, you will be a pivotal member of our Business Control & Analytics team. The team is focused on managing financial data and business processes for Norway, Sweden, and Germany within the areas for data warehouse, business intelligence, controlling, sales support and procurement. Our team, composed by 9 experts play a key role in providing critical data for invoicing, reporting, detailed analysis, and informed decision-making across the organization.

The role as Saleshub & Business Controller involve two main focuses. Half your time will be focused on being the go-to person for the sales organization in using the CRM system and as the instrumental person in ensuring accurate registration in our billing system through collaboration with the delivery teams. Meanwhile the other area of focus will be to use your expertise to contribute to conduct insightful analyses on behalf of the management team.

We are looking for an independent, proactive individual who confidently reached out and ask questions. While you will have a strong support from your team and close collaboration with the Saleshub and the Business Controller for Norway, it is essential that you enjoy operating independently since the team is based on Norway.


Your key areas of responsibility as Saleshub & Business Controller:

Submitting change orders on behalf of service managers in billing tool & ensure they deliver satisfactory tickets
Monitor bookings & pipeline in Sales Force
Calculate provision achievements for Key Account Managers
Follow up booked revenues, but not billed
Business review with customer teams monthly & support Business Managers in monitoring hour registration
Be the Go-to person in customer finance related questions
Training in PowerBI/DWH reports to local organization.
Ensure change documents to contracts are uploaded to confluence/house of control
Help out on Ad-hoc projects and improvement processes
Run price adjustment processes, and analyze effects of this
Helping out with calculations in larger bids & ensure bid processes are followed
Ensure contracts are uploaded to confluence/House of control
As an ideal candidate you have: (this should focus on requirements/experience):

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
A minimum of 3 years experience in advanced controlling
Proficient in using Excel
Experience and ability to analyze complex data
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish

It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:

Experience working in PowerBI
