Votre rôle
The Head of Pre-Sales develops quality communication solutions to meet customer business requirements. The process starts with the presentation of OBS solutions, qualification of opportunities, collection and analysis of all pertinent data essential to understanding customer requirements.

The Head of Pre-Sales

- manages teams of Pre Sales Solution Partners and Directors.

- facilitates and supports the growth of the overall business New and Get within Orange Business Services

- ensures the achievement of financial objectives, respecting Orange Business Services positioning and strategy

- customer facing activities such as customer presentations and negotiation in conjunction with the account manager is expected.


Votre profil
Ability to: engage and partner with customer at a detailed technical level

Deliver solutions which provide high value throughout the full life cycle of the contract

Deliver high value, advisory services as appropriate

Primary focus is Strategic core services (connectivity, mobility/voice, security, IS, datacenter and cloud)

A good understanding of ITIL

Education, Qualifications and Certifications

Degree in relevant technical field

Other (optionals)

Technical certification in relevant areas or partner technologies (i.e. CCDA, CCDP, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP)

ITIL V3 certification

Years of Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years related Management work experience in customer facing organizations or IT industry or equivalent (military services, etc.)
